I am a 13 years old girl. Height -5'3" Weight-59 I am a overweight girl. I can't control my bad eating habits and overeating. I want to loss weight by exercise. So which exercise I do? And how many calories should I eat per day? And how much fat I eat? Because I like more fatty foods and junk food and spicy and sweet food. I am in stress. I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

I am 35 yr old Female, wight 80 KG. Pure Veg, usually eat home made food with less oil and boiled sprouts. Take a walk for half an hour daily, still not reducing. This weight gain is due to multiple medicines taken during various accidents in last 10 yrs.

Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by 1/4th the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Hi, drink lots of water daily.Go for a morning walk for 45 minutes at least and take a proper sleep of 8 hours at night.These daily routine addition will regulate your Blood pressure. To control the weight :- Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. drink plenty of water daily. Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

Have a diet with rich protein go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

One of the best ways to reduce the fat in your body is to drink honey in water. •Add one tablespoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water. •Drink this glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. •You can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the honey and water mixture.

Dear lybrate-user, gud evng. Weight is directly proportional to height of an individual. Age plays no role in height. Age is the ideal one for marriage not height or weight. 21 years of age will be the ideal age for marriage for both men&women. Eg. If your height is 160 cm your weight should not exceed 60 kgs. Hello, please make her follow the below tips :- 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. Revert me after 1 month. Take care.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

With proper diet and restriction of fast food complemented with regular physical exertion you can reduce your weight 3-5kg/month easily. I would not suggest usage of any medicine for that. For your height weight in the range of 65-75 is fine, so you do not need to be mad with it. Just try to stay fit, being slim is not the definition of fitness.

I admire your courage and attitude towards health. Where there is a will there is a way. It is good that you realise this problem right now so that you can always remain fit. Avoid arguing with parents since they just do what they have learnt in their childhood. But times change. And many parents don't realise these things. Never mind. Just focus on your health and fitness and you will be okay. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. - Eat slowly and mindfully. - Reduce portion size. Take smaller helpings. - Exercise daily for 40-60 mins. - Don't just focus on Weight. Focus more on building Fitness. - Cut down all chips/chocolates/namkeen etc - Drink one glass of water every hour. - Love yourself and respect your body. Keep your spirits high. Never lose hope. Find some friends who are into health and fitness and stay connected with them. Keep reading articles on Health. Try to follow You tube channels like 'Popsugar Fitness' and 'Fitness Blender' try to do their exercises for beginners. Stay fit. Stay cheerful. You will find a way!

5ft 6 inches and 65 kg constitutes a bmi of 23.3 which is not obese. So medically there is no need to reduce weight drastically. Yes but you need to control your diet and have a proper exercise regimen to remain healthy. Drink lot of water, cut down on binge eating carbohydrate rich foods and you will be just fine.
