No, this chewing gums are only for quiting the habit of tobacco and smoking. I dnt think it is responsible for increased belly fat.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Be cheerful, stop worrying- worry is one of the cause for hair fall 1- amla powder 100 gm + mehandi powder 25 gm + kasis bhasma 5 gm mix properly, take 5-6 gm and prepare a paste in water apply over scalp-head region every alternate day in night, cover with cloth, and wash in morning, initially you may get some cold but not to bother, it will vanish in 3-4 days, if possible cut short hair during treatment, the paste application will be uniform and easy. 2- bhringraj oil massage of scalp-head region every alternate day 3- bhringrajasava 20 ml twice daily after food with water. 4- navak guggul tablet 500 mg daily one in morning with water sufficient sleep and worry free life is advisable, if possible do regular morning walk for 20 minutes daily, if like may visit any temple, continue for three months, inform progress.

1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.

HI lybrate-user Obesity or being overweight is due to metabolic imbalance in our body. Due to excess consumption of carbohydrate. Body turns in to fat deposition machine. Less the physical activity and more carbohydrate intake is the main reason behind the extensive weight gain. You can turn your body into fat burning machine by reducing intake of carbohydrate in diet. So eat less of carbohydrate like grain, wheat, rice and sugar. Eat more of vegetable, protein ,and fat. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Yes you can controll your weight but for this you have to do some modification in your diet & excercise. I am talking about healthy diet not dieting. You can lose your weight upto 5 kg by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. You have to avoid such type of high gi foods, simple carb like rice, refind flour products, unhealthy food like fried, oily foods, fast & junk food, tea, coffee, sugary products & sugary drinks. You should take a healthy breakfast. If you want to lose your weight please don't skip it because it will help you to boost your metabolism, includes salad with lunch & dinner. Use 6 small meal pattern instead of 3 major meal.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
