You don't need to drop 10 kgs, a reduction of 5 kg is enough. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

My belly is getting bigger dat by day. It is very difficult to control it. But my food habit is very restricted as I am a sugar patient. Being a diabetic it's not right to restrict intake. In fact you need to take smaller and frequent meals. Also you might need professional help to plan out your diet. Tips don't work for a diabetics. The carbohydrates etc. need to be planned out. Also get some professional guidance and indulge in exercise of your choice. Please don't hesitate to take professional help, it's your health that's important.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water..If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon...Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach....Do this daily for at least three months..

R dosa r upma. Afternoon lunch. 1 bowl vegetable. And 2 rotis and sabji. And buttermilk. And 5 pm you take fresh juice and dinner 8-9 same as lunch. And avoid oily food rice and sweet. Hi lybrate-user if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc, so with your own personal experience omit them from your diet.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Take low calorie n low sodium n high protein food. Walk regularly. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the mrng n go for walk.

For water rention restrict your salt intake and increase your water intake. There is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

It's been two months since I have joined gym and I have lost only 3 kgs. I am also following a diet but I don't understand what is going wrong. I need a better diet plan so that I can lose weight fast since I have been working out a minimum of 2 hours at the gym, still the results are not quite satisfying. I don't eat any processed food or junk food. Only salad and dal for dinner. And 1 chapati with vegetable for lunch. Plus I keep eating a fruit or some nuts every 2-3 hours. Firstly you have lost 3 Kgs through proper exercise and diet, that itself is appreciable. At this rate you can lose 18 Kgs in one year. So my advice will be 1. Be patient and be consistent 2. Slow and steady wins the race in weight loss 3. You must take a roti in dinner also else you are missing out on essential carbohydrates 4. Two hours of Gym is good, but in that spend at least 60 minutes on intense cardio for maximum weight loss 5. You can count and monitor your daily calories through myfitnesspal App. This will give you a clear picture of what is going wrong in your approach if any. 6. All the best

Hello, avoid junk fried and refined flour. Do 10 rounds of surya namasjkar. Ammla, lauki, triphala are the juices which help to eradicate excess fat. Drink plenty of water. Take flax seeds, chia seeds both half half spoon twice. You can also consult an ayurveda doc. Which helps to lose weight without soide effect.

There are many reasons for obesity and diet is one of them.So we cannot say that those who dont eat much cannot be obese.We should find out the reason for obesity and treat accordingly. 1.What are your eating habits 2.What is the weight of your parents 3.Have you undergone blood tests for THYROID 4.Have you undergone any hospitalisation /surgery/and ailment in the past. 5.What according to you might be the reason for your weight gain 6.Since when have you started noticing this weight gain.

Hi lybrate-user fallow this diets for one months properly morning take lemon juice in warm water, morning breakfast take milk cornflakes n apple in midmorning take fruits papaya full plate in lunch take vegetables roti and curds n salad in evening take green tea with roasted channa in dinner 8pm only soup and brown bread sandwich with 150gm paneer fallow this diets for one months properly.

To reduce weight do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,squat,plank.Eat small amount food.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.Eat lots of watery fruits like watermelon,dab water,orange,cucumber and others.Eat watery vegetables like celery,spinach,cabbage,cauliflower.Eat more protein for weight loss.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Lead an active life and stay stress free.

Take more calcium, everyday. Try some yoga exercises, do regular pranayama. This will improve your health and keep you fit. Try whatever simple asanas you can do, example, -butterfly asana -tadasana -trikona asana -kapalbhati -deep breathing -bridge posture etc. You also need to control your diet and eat healthy. Avoid oily and sugary foods, take calcium and foods rich in vitamins and minerals. Practicing yoga and pranayama regularly will not make you feel week but will give you strength.

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will help you with initial fat loss.

Hi. Medication:-1. Tab Obesidat -1 tab twice a day before food. 2. Triphala juice-10 ml with warm water daily before food twice a day Tips:- 1. No salt intake after 7: 30 pm 2. No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3. Restrict mango and banana. 4. Restrict potato and rice. 5. No artificial juices. 6. Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8. Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9. Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10. Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11. Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12. Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13. Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to rise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15. Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16. Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17. Bathing should be before food intake only. 18. Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided.
