I am a 28 years old female and I got diagnosed with autoimmune Hypothyroid. As per medical tests I am now eu-thyroid but I do not always feel that way. I get tired suddenly and tiredness in the eyes for maybe 30 mins and then it gets better Sometimes I get these muscle spasms in the area around thyroid and my shoulders and then it goes on its own. I am on thyronorm 100 for past 4 months. I wanted some advice on how I can supplement it better to feel my productive best. Either any diet/exercise/medication. Any other tests I should be doing - magnesium? Vit B12?
