Dear Lybrate user. Thank you for reaching out. You have to take less of fried foods and junk foods. Concentrate on eating 2 cups of vegetables green orange colours. Concentrate on eating dual in two meals as dual or Channa or Sambhar made with less oil. Take 400 no of milk or curd regularly everyday. Use only 15 no cooking oil in your diet everyday. Exercise every day. Eat out only one meal a week and one cheat dish is allowed.
