Hello Is it okay ,if we take watermelon throughout the day If it is recommended, how much quantity is enough to have in diet plan Any other fruits apart form watermelon for weight loss diet And also suggest me any diet excluding fruits in it plz.

Water melon is good for weight lass and can be taken as much as possible. However avoid taking watermelon after 6 pm. For weight loss, you need a balanced and customized diet plan so that you don't lose on essential nutrients like protein, vitamins & minerals. Other fruits that help in weight loss are apples, oranges, strawberries, guava.
