For increasing body mass, have a protein and carbohydrate rich diet. Try to eat healthy and high calorie foods after every 2-3 hours. Have milkshakes, cheese/ paneer sandwiches at breakfast. You can have a wholesome meal at lunch and dinner containing rice, paneer/ dal /non-veg, some green vegetable, roti, salad, curd / raita. In between meals have healthy snacks like peanuts, dry fruits, sandwiches, dhokla, etc. Patanjali products or any other products will not help much unless you increase your daily food intake.
