What precautions I have to take after abortion of 5 weeks pregnancy?& suggests some diet food for gaining wait? I am so weak & want to increase my weight.

A Well balanced food will regain body strength. Include protein in grams as your Weight in kilos. Fat overall 20% of daily food is sufficient. And Carbohydrates as rest for calories. Consume different types of sprouts daily as well as Vegetable soups too, it will give good minerals too. Drink good milk twice in a day. Include Fruits along with food, but take it before only.
