I am gaining a lot of weight past 6 months. I have gained almost 8 kgs of weight. I have joined gym .but I rice lover and I am not able to leave it. What should I do. I gained weight due to stress and studies.

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid eating junk food, processed food, oily food and sweets completely. Have home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. You don't have to stop eating rice, just reduce the quantity that you eat. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Drink plenty of water everyday.
