I am a 49 years old lady. My reports are T3= 84 T4= 9.2 TSH= 4.46 I AM constantly gaining weight. Is it due to thyroid.

It may not be so. Do consult a doctor for medical check up and other routine tests. Please recheck your daily routine and bring in some fresh changes in your lifestyle. Keep checking you weight every 15 days and monitor you calories. You can take the help of a dietician who can create diet chart taking into account your calorie need. Make exercise (and yoga) an integral part of your daily routine. Drink enough water (at least 2 litres every day during summers ). Sleep well (6-8 hrs daily ).
