Please tell me about pyria. Is it necessary to remove the tooth?

Depends actually situation of your teeth ... pyorrhoea is severe form of gingivitis and can get converted to periodontitis as well which can get more and more severe over a period of time ... due to bone loss and loss of gums and ultimately the tooth ..starts with bleeding in gums progressing slowly towards periodontitis.  .

No, tooth removal is not required in Pyorrhoea, it is when tooth itself is damaged and or shaking severely. For Pyorrhoea or any other advanced tooth or gum related problems, you need a dentist to perform specific treatments according to you problem.
