To prevent the cavity use salad after eating food it is a best fibrous food to remove all your advent adherent that is from your teeth.
There are excellent dental Cements as per the requirements of prosthetics to need to know them you should be undergo the course of dentistry for 5 years ok mam.
There are many pastes available in the market for whitening of teeth but professional advice is utmost importance.
My personal opinion goes with Pepsodent germicheck. For hair we should not use shampoo daily two to three times a week is good use ketoconazole shampoo.
The problem is due to constipation as you think but actually there is a problem of acidity the pH level may be high. Take Alkasol syrup for the problem and consumption of Vitamin C and citrus fruits.
