Hello lybrate-user Concentrate on calorie intake. To reduce weight your calorie expenditure should be more than calorie intake. Eat small frequent meals, dont eat 3 big meals, instead bank on Milk n milk products coz they make you feel full for long and fruits n vegetables in the form of smoothies n soups post sunset.
