I am 14 years old and I have extreme belly and arm fat. Can you suggest me a proper diet plan and the timing for when I have to eat and which type of food basically to avoid?

Hi lybrate-user, You are a teenager and thos is the time where you have to take care of your diet as well as your activoties. You have to avoid unhealthy ,fatty food. Do not go for junk food. Have fruits, veggies, healthy snacks. Have 6 meals in an interval of 2 hours. Try to remain active by doing some exercises, yoga or by playing games. You can also try for doing aerobics or dancing.
