I am 18 year girl and am doing my graduation 1st year. The moment I sit for studying I start yawning and sleep. It always happen. I lose concentration, have headache and yawn uncontrollably. Even though I slept enough and have a breakfast and bath, the same symptoms follows. Please help me.

Do deep breathing for five minutes before study inhale four seconds and exhale six seconds it will reduce your yawning and improve concentration.

Losing interest, headache, decreased concentration can be a symptom of depression or anxiety. Consult a psychiatrist in person for effective treatment. Eat well, sleep on time, maintain a regular day structure, meditation, breathing exercises, focus on the task, rehearse all these will improve your memory and concentration.
