Hello doc. Here I'm question for my father he is 60 yr/male hypertensive and diabetes. A week ago he has sudden elevation in blood pressure and blood sugar level for BP- 188/107 mmHg, blood sugar- 324 mg/dl And now every thing is under control but right from that day he is experiencing blurry vision and some mild confusion in brain. I'm constantly getting his ECG done within few days intervals and it saying st/t segment abnormality and it's persistent right from day one when he got sudden elevations. He is on antihypertensive and taking medicine for increased blood sugar. He is under the eye of cardiologist. Kindly suggest some aspects to rule out other things so that to avoid any sudden emergency. Thank you.
