I am 30 years old, recent I have done a thyroid test TSH. In that the result is 6.68. My doubt is is it serious. I want to conceive but I am unable to conceive from last three months. Please advise me how to solve thyroid problem ?

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. For a lady to conceive, it is essential to maintain TSh < 2 mU/L. The level mentioned shows you have subclinical hypothyroidism. Usually no treatment is advocated in this condition, unless the person has troublesome symptoms related to that condition. Please get your Anti TPO antibodies done, as high levels of those can also affect thyroid function. If you have any doubts please come in a private conversation thanks.
