You need to avoid eating processed carbs & fats rich food like bakery, confectionery, refined flour made foods and minimise intake of white sugar, refined oils & salt. Grains like wheat and rice based foods should be eaten in moderation. Eat more foods that are rich in fibre and nutrients like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds. With this you will have sufficient proteins as well.
