What are the process that I can loose my weight. Bcz due to heavy weight I am suffering in high bp 140/80. So what are the food should I take. That I can loose my weight and also blood pressure. Plzzzzz tell me. I am a student preparing for neet 2018 at Aakash institute, Bhubaneswar, odisha.

For reducing weight and keeping it from regaining, you should eat very less outside, packed and processed food, should not be more than 10% of total intake. Reduce intake of rice, wheat & milk based food, should not be more than 30-40% of total intake. Have lower intake of sugar, oil & salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds & lentils. Should be more than 50% of total intake. With this formula you will reduce weight and will never regain.
