Yesterday I had back pain, I met with doctor and he said that I have high bp (150,80) Moreover my exams are going on, Also I had mild fever yesterday, So do I need to worry about it.Please suggest.

What I would recommend is to get it re-checked in a day or two when you are a little more relaxed. Avoid drinking coffee that day, and if you consume alcohol, don't consume that either. If you smoke, please stop that as it too can affect blood pressure readings. My feeling is that your blood pressure would be normal. However, if it remains elevated, then you may need investigations.

first things first, your blood pressure is not high.150/80 shows systolic on a higher side which is due to anxiety and nervousness due to exams relax and eat light nourishment which doesn't have extra salt. avooid chops like packaged foods and drink lots of water

Worry is not going to help you. Do not cause panic to yourself. Take lots of water. Take proper diet and sleep during exams. Resrict salt. Avoid fried and fast food. Follow instructions of your doctor.
