Hello sir/mam, 1)weight is increasing (mostly belly fat) 2) last month my periods were late so doctor suggest me to take "ovral G" but she suggested to take medicine regularly but I forget to take everyday and my periods happen after 12 days. 3) she suggested a syrup too for hemoglobin.

To reduce weight naturally you should avoid packed and market food, reduce wheat and rice based food and minimise sugar, oil and salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds. Do 30 mins of cardio & stretching exercise in morning. With this your hb will increase naturally.
