TSH 4.81 mU/L is quite good. It is better if the level is maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L. At that level all the symptoms of hypothyroidism are in check. With present level of TSH you need not change the dosage. But it is necessary to check TSH every 3 to months, till the level is maintained as mentioned earlier. Thanks.
