Check your Thyroid antibodies. If they are high, then you need medications. If not, then check every 6 months to see if your TSH is increasing or not. In the meantime, avoid foods with artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Keep your bowels clean. Take lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
