Would I lose weight as per my diet Morning 4 Egg White Half Glass Milk With Jaggery Poha/Upma/Idli Green Tea (No sugar) Noon (12: 30 pm) One glass Watermelon Juice Evening (5 pm-6 pm) Snacks (Dry Bhel) 4 Egg Whites Green Tea (No Sugar) Dinner Green Tea (No Sugar) One Roti One cup Sabzi I do daily 40 Mins exercise at 6: 25 which Includes Crunches, Side Leg raise, Rotating Legs clockwise and anti clockwise, cycling (All this lying on Bed) Then Push ups, Touching toes with fingers, Side bending, Squats (While Standing) After this I take a Fast 40 mins Walk with few running in it. After all this I continue my routine from breakfast. Ps:-I also Play badminton for half hour after dinner. Is this routine good?

Good exercise regime please continue but diet lags behind. You can take 1 full egg and 1 egg white instead There are no fruits and salad hence no fibre that helps in proper digestion and also high in vitamins and antioxidants. Salad has to be included in every meal like carrot and cucumber. For a delayed diet please private message.
