I am suffering from hyperthyroid 10.3 TSH. What can I do to reduce my thyroid level? Please advise

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. TSH 10.3 mU/L, needs treatment with levothyroxine in proper dosage. Treatment hst be for the lifetime. With treatment you should maintain TSH around 3 to 4 mU/L. At that level all the symptoms are in complete check. You will have to take the tablet in the early morning on empty stomach, nothing to be taken after that for at least 1 to 1 and half hour. You will have to avoid soy beans and soy containing products. Thanks.
