Please do not rely on medicines. Make lifestyle changes such as including 45-60 minutes of exercise and sleeping regularly for 7-8 hours daily. Along with this, make dietary changes by avoiding all fried, junk and packed foods as there is a lot of unhealthy fat in this. Instead, start eating more fruits and vegetables, include 5-7 almonds or walnuts every day as this is healthy fat and it will help. Avoid refined oils and use filtered or cold pressed oils for cooking purposes. You will find this in most health shops. All the best!
