I have diabetes n my fasting sugar is more n I have back problem also. I have early arthritis .in my knee. Kindly send me some diet chart to treat my diabetes. Right now I am taking only 1 tablet Janumet 50/500 mg .n 1 tablet daily Roseday 10 mg for my cholesterol .i m pure vegetarian.
