My FBS is 131 & PPBS is 219 last week. HB1AC is 7.7%, Mean Blood Glucose - 196. 8 mg/dL, BUN - 6.9 mg/dL, Creatinine - 0.9 mg/dL, Uric acid - 5.3 mg/dL, Hb - 12.1%.,I used to do daily 30 minutes exercise. Now I have increased simple exercises like 5 minutes jogging or bicycling, sitting and standing exercise along with 30 minutes walking in morning. Now I am having rice in afternoon, wheat or ragi in morning and evening. I have avoided potatoes, beetroot, carrots rarely I take little bit sweet and tender coconut. From past 2 weeks I am taking Gluconorm G2 (1 in morning & 1 in evening,) cobadex Czs (1 in morning), Vitofocol (1 in Afternoon), Evion LC (1 in evening), D-Bright (once in a week) Rarely I Eat Chicken. Yesterday when I ate Chicken (5-6 small pieces along with sambar) I got little shaking of hands and burning sensation in afternoon. In night around 1.15A.M I was sweating and could not sleep well. Why did this happen? Please give me suggestion? Thank you
