To get rid of excess fat one has to take a limited quantity of food, that provides calories based on one's ideal body weight, minus 500 calories for loosing about 1/2 kg weight per week. Plus exercise over 1 hour every day. Exercise should include aerobic and strength building activity. One should avoid sweets, deep fried foods, pastries, bakery items, colas, foods made out of maida and avoid fructose corn syrup containing foods. Refrain from alcohol and smoking.
