Hello lybrate-user, fruits have a lot of fructose in them and hence will your blood sugar levels will shoot up. Try to have fruits like orange, and of the berries like strawberry, blueberry etc, papaya, water melon, musk melon which will not have the negative effect, but try to have a active life style which will help your cells absorb the nutrients from the fruits.
