I did a comprehensive test and Reports are suggestive of little decline in renal function, high cholesterol, deranged liver enzymes and vitamin D deficiency. What can I do to fix this?

High cholesterol and vitamin D deficiency can be because of diet and lack of exercise so I need to work on your diet, avoid all kinds of fatty and junk foods and do at least 45 minutes of regular exercise at least 5 days a week as for liver and kidney dysfunction you need to get for the revaluation to find the cause of them because the treatment for them is to eliminate the base cause Which can be infections inflammations or some bad habits like drinking smoking etc. To comment on the exact cause one needs a complete medical history along with the detailed examination and the exact reports to have a Clear View on the case so I would advise you to get back to me with all these reports.
