I'm a thyroid patient for the past 20 years and my weight is 110 kg. I've BP problem, sweats alot, surgical and sometimes gets unconscious. I've already tried too many things. I'm a vegetarian and do not eat junk food. So kindly suggest me where to begin to deal with my problem.

Madam are you taking thyroid medicine if yes strength of the tablet. Do regular excercise and brisk walking for around 30 to 45 minutes in morning or evening. Stop eating potato, rice etc.
