I am 24 years. I have tendency of depression and an issue with my thinking and confusion towards things. I have suicidal tendency as well. I lack concentration and get wild with even small issues. I get fed up soon and hate to be in group. I head a team and I have no friendly bonding with anyone.

Hello. You need to consult a mental health specialist in case you have suicidal ideas and tendency to self harm, on urgent basis. Depression and negative thought process can be helped with by use of some medicines namely anti depressants with counselling/ therapy. I would recommend CBT/IPT as best therapy for you. Thanks.
