My TSH count at the last reading two months ago was 2. I'm taking Thyrox 100. Shall I stick to it or reduce the dose to Thyrox 75? Also, please advice an antacid for long-term use.

Continue with same dose of TSH. Get fresh TSH estimation every three months and adjust dose of medicine as per advise of your doctor. Antacids should not be taken for a long time.
