Hi lybrate-user, After whole night fast our body needs good source of Carbohydrate and Protein in our diet. Fruits are rich in Carbohydrate, Vitamins and minerals. But they get digested very rapidly and can raise sugar level if you are prone to hyperglycemia. Thus need to add some Protein source too. Soaked nuts/ seeds/ Dry fruits / Curd/ Paneer / Eggs.
