Dear all, What are the effects and side effects of black coffee in the morning before gym?
Advisable to have 1 fruit or few nuts before gym as it provides energy. Consuming black coffee before gym can simply leave you dehydrated during workout as it contains caffeine as it leaches energy.

Hi Sir, I'm 28 years old and still single. I have recently developed a habit of drinking fresh lemon juice about 1.5 litres everyday. I have been drinking this way for more than a year now. My question is. Will this habit give me any hazardous defects, like sperm count reduction, some hormonal defects or something like that?

hi It is good to take lemon juice in the morning. When used daily in addition to a healthy diet, hot water and lemon has been known to help speed up metabolism and assist with weight loss, as it flushes out toxins from your liver. But excess of everything is bad.. A pure lemon juice contains acid, which is injurious to the enamel of teeth. So once or twice a week, Instead of that, you can drink normal water 2 to 3 liter ..

The genital area is very often contaminated with our fecal bacteria, so after any contact with it we should wash our hands well, so not to transmit fecal bacteria to others through contaminating their food/drink. Its important to wash hands with Liquid Hand Wash after peeing .You may contaminate food and other things you touch. Not washing your hands can also cause Hepatitis A, which shows itself with yellowing of the skin, dark urine, nausea, and vomiting. Diarrhea, cold and cough etc.

Omega 3 Fatty acids are one the most important Nutrients for human from birth to death. It's an essential fatty acids, approved by FDA for treatment of high triglycerides in two forms ( EPA & DHA ). omega 3 is anti-inflammatory in nature. It's responsible for brain, cardiovascular, Musculoskeletal, skin, eyes, depression, anxiety, cancer, boosts immunity, fights cancer, improves sleep, slows ageing process and many more Health benefits Most people don’t get enough omega-3 fatty acids, according to an analysis of dietary data about U.S. adults spanning 2003–2008. There is no official daily value assigned to omega-3s, but the American Heart Association recommends two or more 3.5 ounce fish servings (oily, if possible) each week.  In general, most health organizations agree 250–500 milligrams of EPA and DHA combined each day is a reasonable amount to support healthy individuals. However, people with heart problems (or those with a high risk of heart disease), depression, anxiety and cancer (and possibly more conditions) may benefit from higher doses — up to 4,000 milligrams per day for some heart-related conditions. Plenty of research evidence are there to support its benefits and no research enough can be found which negates it's benefits. Undoubtedly, Glucosamine Sulphate is useless in many , some may have reported about it's pain relief quality that may be subjetive in nature. But enough of scientific evidence are there which states that Glucosamine Sulphate doesn't help with cartilage degeneration and pain relief. American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons also states it's useless. Thanks !

Hello- While lack of libido is sometimes related to hormonal imbalances, it's important to understand the other factors which can lower libido and contribute to erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Two of the most common sexual dysfunctions that affect a large percentage of men are Premature Ejaculation (PE) and Erectile Dysfunction (ED). When it gets added by lack of libido the situation get more complicated. The incidence of these conditions have been found to be equitably spread among all socio-economic groups and can affect men of all ages. Most men who have been diagnosed with ED as a primary problem, the secondary concern in most instances is PE, the two are often thought to be mutually inclusive and are always associated with reduced sexual urge. Also because reduced or hampered blood flow, critical to achieve a penetrable erection, to the genital areas is one of the main reason for premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction, the logic of 'one reason one problem' gets applied. In the last few decades, significant advancements in treatment procedures and options have improved the outlook for these three conditions and the comprehensive treatment is possible with the help of medications.

Gain weight healthily by eating 5-6 meals a day, even if they are slightly smaller than usual. Make sure each meal includes healthy, calorie-dense foods like nuts and full-fat dairy, as they will help you gain more weight without feeling too full. If you don’t feel like you can eat more, drink liquid calories like 100% juices or smoothies because, since they tend to be less filling than food, they allow you to consume more calories overall. Eat healthy foods that are calorie-dense. When you're trying to gain weight it's important to maximize the amount of calories you can consume with each meal and snack. Calorie-dense foods are items that are high in calories per serving.Consume these foods with each meal and snack. Calorie dense foods to incorporate into your diet include: nuts and nut butters, avocados, full-fat dairy products (cheese, yogurt and milk), butter and oil, and eggs. Also use full-fat condiments like regular mayonnaise, full-fat cream cheese or full-fat salad dressings. Not all high-fat foods are healthy or appropriate to eat more frequently or in larger quantities. Minimize these foods: fast food, deep fried foods, candy, and high-fat processed meats (bologna or hot dogs). If you're eating multiple times throughout the day, you may feel more full. This may lead to smaller meals instead of several large meals. Even when meals/snacks are small, if they are calorie dense, they can help induce weight gain. Add extra calories to meals and recipes. In addition to eating more calorie dense foods, you can also increase calories in your favorite meals and recipes. Adding extra foods or using higher calorie ingredients in your recipes is an easy way to bulk up your total calories. The more of a caloric punch you can add to meals, the more calories you'll consume over a given day and week. In recipes, use full-fat dairy products or dried milk in soups, stews or casseroles calling for water. Drizzle extra olive oil or add an extra pat of butter to salads, steamed vegetables, soups and casseroles. Top lower calorie foods with high-calorie toppings. For example, top whole milk yogurt with nuts and granola or top your salad with full-fat shredded cheese and sunflower seeds. Perform strength training activities. Strength training can aid in your weight gain. As you build lean muscle mass, you may notice your weight increases. This is highly important when attempting to gain weight. Many people do not realize that exercise is crucial to weight gain, just as it is to weight loss. Strength training activities include: weight lifting, isometric exercises (push-ups or crunches) and Pilates. Strength training does burn calories, just not as many as aerobic activities. However, it's still important to be aware of how the calories burned during these exercises affects your weight. For medication consult online in private.
