For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in your diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. To be able to donate blood your hemoglobin should be atleast 12. Yes you can have problem if you donate blood. More over blood bank persons do check Hb before taking blood. If your Hb level is 10.5 at that time, They will refuse to take your blood.

How much time before and after one should drink water before starting exercise and after finishing exercise?
Ideally during exercise you should have one or two sips of water at regular intervals, i.e. U complete 1 glass or 330 ml by this time. Before and after 30 min of exercise you may have 1 glass of water as per years requirement.

To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one hour play/walk / exercise. Its difficult to draft a diet chart here which is tailored to meet your requirements. Weight gain is Not normal after Gall Bladder surgery. This surgery only creates minor changes in digestive system, which the body quickly adapts to. There is no reason for weight gain. Please check/control your diet, also start regular exercise so that you can lose weight and be fit.
