Hello, Based in the little information you have given I can only guess that the person may be suffering from mania or hypomania. Does the person 1. Talk too much, more than before, 2.spend money unnecessarily and too much of it. 3.Does not sleep 4.overactive compared to before 5. Suddenly starts praying more.? These are some of the symptoms If the person is also expressing paranoid thoughts that people are trying to kill him/her, they follow him, they are tracking him, unknown people are talking about him/ her the it means psychotic symptoms are also there. Please make sure the person is immediately taken to a PSYCHIATRIST who can treat the person. Counselling does not help in such conditions. The person needs medications. Please do it as soon as possible.
