Hi Thyroid test results T3 - 93.5 T4 - 4.2 TSH - 2.69 Is it normal? My report shows T 4 is lower than normal. What should I do to make it normal? I have hair fall problem? I have gained weight in last few years. I tried cycling about 15 km for 20 days still there was no change of even a kg. During winter I have tonsils problem every year for about 10-15 days. I don't have a heavy diet (3 chappatis and little rice - twice a day). I have a sedentary life. Want solution to make it normal, so that at least I can lose weight by dieting and exercise. Because it is not working at present.
