Hello, TSH 7 mU/L, is a sub - clinical hypothyroidism. Unless there are specific symptoms attributable to it, there is no need for any treatment. You need to avoid soy beans, & soy containing products. Plus better to reduce the intake of cabbage, cauliflower, radish, broccoli, mustard, peanuts and coffee. Should consume other green leafy vegetables, fruits, use whole grain products and whole grain flour. Avoid maida and products made out of it. Also bakery items. Thanks.
