Mr. Lybrate-user, if you have diabetes, then it needs to be controlled effectively, that is fasting near 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% <6.8. The presence of fever may be a temporary phenomenon. Get it treated, with antipyretics and if need be with antibiotics. But controlling blood glucose is very essential. Thanks.

Mr. Lybrate-useryou have not given the status of the sugar levels and whether taking insulin or not. Leg pains maybe due to diabetic neuropathy and fever due to some infection.
