Hello good evening, i?m a 19 year old female. I weight around 98 lbs and my height is 5?1 feet. I take no medication. I have been experiencing a lot of headaches these past couple months and they?re causing me to worry about my overall health. My headaches are pretty sharp and they randomly come mostly like 5 days a week if not more. I used to get it when I hear a lot of noises for a long period but lately that is not the case anymore. I have been experiencing nausea a lot as well a long with problems being able to read from far distance ?like classroom whiteboard?. However, I do have anemia which I got it from my mom that might been the case for my nausea symptom. Should I be worried about my headaches? And if so why and what could possibly be the case :/ thanks for your time, have a great night.

Firstly, it's not the case that you got anaemia from your mom. Secondly, you clearly mentioned of not being able to see far away things properly. So visit an opthalmologist for eye checkup. Maybe you are having myopia and hence headache. And probably due to headache there is nausea. It may also be due to migraine. So first get an eye check up done. And since you have high bmi, and anaemia too, I will suggest you to get some blood tests done. Blood for complete hemogram, thyroid profile, lft, lipid profile.

Anemia and poor vison are your possible causes for headache. You should correct vour vison by wearing glasses. Anemia is not heridatory. It is either nutritional or due to bleeding smewhere and it can be corrected with diet and medication. I think if you correct these two causes you will no longer have headache. After correcting these if headaches still persist other causes like Hypertension (unlikely at this age) migraine, tension headache etc should be probed. Nausea could be part of migraine complex or also due to visual or neck problems. For further evaluation, dietary gulidelines, lifestyle recomendations and medication consult online in private.
