Acne can be a painful and embarrassing skin condition, and the scars it leaves behind are an unwelcome reminder of that. A dermatologist can help remove raised or pitted scars. While hyper-pigmented blemishes may fade after several months, you can help speed up the process. Realistically, you will not be able to make acne scars disappear in a single night, but the remedies, products, treatments, and skincare tips will certainly produce a noticeable difference over time. Apply fresh lemon juice. Lemon juice has natural skin bleaching properties, and can help to effectively lighten your acne scars. Simply combine equal parts lemon juice and water and apply this liquid directly onto your scars, avoiding the surrounding skin. Wash off the lemon juice after 15 to 25 minutes or you could put the lemon juice on overnight as a mask. Use honey. Honey is a great natural solution for clearing up pimples and reducing the red marks they leave behind. This is because honey contains antibacterial properties and helps to soothe the skin and reduce inflammation. Raw or manuka honey is the most effective. It can be dabbed directly onto the scarred area, using a q-tip. Experiment with aloe vera. The sap of the aloe vera plant is a soothing natural substance which can be used to relieve many ailments, from burns to wounds to acne scars. Aloe vera helps to rejuvenate and moisturize the skin, encouraging acne scars to fade. It is possible to buy aloe vera products in the drugstore, but the best thing to do is buy an aloe vera plant and use the sap from a broken leaf. This gel-like sap can be applied directly on the scarring, and there is no need to wash off. Use an ice cube. Ice is an extremely simple home remedy which can help to fade acne scars by soothing the inflamed skin and reducing redness. To use, just wrap an ice cube in a clean cloth or piece of paper towel and hold it against the scarred skin for a minute or two, til the area starts to feel numb. Sometimes it can burn. Almost every person has some degree of bad breath upon waking in the morning (this is called morning breath) and is easily eliminated by brushing the teeth. It is only when bad breath progress after brushing ones teeth that a diagnosis of halitosis can be made. Halitosis is often caused by a mouth or throat infection or in response to a food item in one’s diet. The main food culprit is garlic which can often be easily counteracted by eating parsley. Oral health conditions can also cause bad breath and are responsible for the development of halitosis in 85-90% of bad breath sufferers. Severe diets which restrict carbohydrate intake such as ketogenic diets are also responsible for the development of bad breath. Certain anatomical deviations such as corrugations or striations in the tongue do allow for the accumulation and growth of bacteria in the oral cavity. Certain foods Foods such as garlic, onions and spicy foods etc. Cause foul smelling breath after eating them. These foods are absorbed into the bloodstream, transferred into the lungs and become expelled in the air you breathe. Regular eating of such foods is likely to cause halitosis. People who diet are more likely to develop unpleasant breath from infrequent eating. You also get direct expulsion of these gases from your digestive tract. Poor oral health care Without proper and regular brushing, flossing and routine examinations by your dentist, food remains in the mouth causing bacteria to multiply and produce toxic waste which in turn causes breath odor. Food stuck on the teeth, gums, and tongue creates an environment where bacteria can feed and multiply. These bacteria release certain chemicals as a by-product which causes damage and decay of the gums and teeth. The chemicals that are released by the bacteria and the resulting decay in the mouth contribute to the bad breath. Improper cleaning of dentures Dentures that are not cleaned properly may be collecting bacteria and food particles which cause bad breath. Periodontal disease One of the primary symptoms of periodontal gum disease is foul, odorous breath, and an unpleasant taste in the mouth. This condition requires immediate care by an oral health professional. Dry mouth (xerostomia) This condition is often a large contributor to halitosis. It occurs when the flow of saliva decreases. Saliva is required to cleanse the mouth and remove particles that may cause odor. Xerostomia may be caused by certain medications, a salivary gland disorder, or by continuously breathing through the mouth instead of the nose. Tobacco products Not only do tobacco products such as cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco and snuff stain the teeth and put the body at risk for a host of other diseases, they also contribute to bad breath. Tobacco products cause bad breath, stained teeth, reduces one's ability to taste foods and irritates the gum tissue. Tobacco users are more likely to suffer from periodontal disease and are at greater risk for developing oral cancer. Medical condition Bad breath may be an indication or symptom of any of the following conditions. However, each individual may experience different symptoms such as: A respiratory infection Infection of the nose, windpipe, or lungs Chronic bronchitis Post nasal drip Chronic sinusitis Diabetes Gastrointestinal disorders Liver or kidney disorders Severe dieting Dieters may develop unpleasant "fruity" breath from keto-acidosis which is due to the breakdown of chemicals during fasting. Restriction of caloric intake leads to hunger which can lead to a dry mouth. Factors that affect the airways and cause bad breath: Nasal Polyps Foreign bodies Sinusitis Dryness Bronchitis Pneumonia Factors that affect the esophagus and stomach and cause bad breath: Gastritis and food reflux (GERD- gastro-esophageal reflux disease) Stagnation of food FOR MEDICATION CONSULT ONLINE IN PRIVATE.

This common ailment often happens because you swallow more air than usual, overeat, smoke, chew gum, or eat foods that cause gas. Flatulence can be embarrassing and painful for anyone, but don’t worry! You easily reduce flatulence with diet and lifestyle choices. Have smaller meals throughout the day. Eat six small meals per day instead of three large meals. Your system may more easily digest fewer meals and produce less gas from them Eat easily digestible carbs. Foods that contain simple carbohydrates may be easier for you to digest Avoid gas-promoting foods. Plan your meals each day to include easily digestible carbs. Steer clear of food choices that may make create gas in your intestines. Find suitable replacements for the following gas-promoting foods Beans and lentils. Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and brussels sprouts. Bran. Dairy products containing lactose. Fruit such as apples and pears. Sorbitol, a sugar substitute found in some sugar-free products. Fatty junk foods, like fast food burgers or pizza. Chew your meal slowly. If you're famished or you're a fast eater, avoid the temptation to shovel your food into your mouth. Chew each meal slowly so you don’t swallow too much air. Doing this can aid digestion and may minimize the production of gas. Get regular exercise. Physical activity can help your intestines expel gas and stay regular. Exercise for at least 30 minutes most days of the week. If you are unable to do 30 minutes, aim for 2 15-minute sessions of physical movement, which can also ease flatulence. Try different kinds of exercise to prevent flatulence: Running Walking Biking Swimming Yoga For medication consult online in private.

Wat type of infections does drinking semen cause. .being a male. Drinking others semen isn't good. Semen is a anti depressant right .then y is it dangerous.

When sperm is ingested by swallowing semen, the sperm will be broken down and absorbed into the bloodstream as if consuming water, milk, or gelatin. If it's semen (the liquid that carries the sperm from the penis) that a person is worried about, ingesting one's own semen is safe if that person is free of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). On the other hand, swallowing one's own semen is unsafe if a person has certain STIs. In this case, the risk depends on what STI a person has, its method of transmission, and the area (s) of infection. With swallowing semen, the primary concern is with infections that localize in the genitals, mouth, and/or throat. If the infection can be transferred through semen, and it can infect different locations independently, then there is a chance that the infection can spread to the mouth or throat. This type of infection includes gonorrhea and chlamydia. Certain STIs, such as human papillomavirus (HPV, the virus that can cause genital warts), herpes, and syphilis, spread through direct, skin-to-skin or oral-genital contact. Some men can, and do, go down on themselves. If they have HPV, herpes, and/or syphilis, the infection (s) can spread from their penis to their lips, mouth, or throat. Swallowing one's own semen does not pose health risks with respect to systemic infections (e.g. HIV). These infections are in the bloodstream and their symptoms are present throughout the body.

Homoeopathy is wonderful in treating such chronic, repetitive complaints. It builds up immunity and restores health of an individual. For medicine consult online in private with detailed account of your complaints and reports. If you're suffering from acne, you're not alone. Acne is a common skin condition that happens when oil and dead skin cells clog the skin’s pores. It normally occurs on the face, chest, back, shoulders, and neck. Acne can be caused by many things: heredity, hormones, and oil production. Avoid touching your face. Dirt and bacteria on your hands can clog your pores and make acne worse if you constantly touch your face. If your skin feels irritated from acne, use a gentle, oil-free daily facial wipe to remove excess dirt and calm your skin. Do not squeeze or pop your blemishes or you may risk developing scars. Squeezing a pimple might even spread the bacteria further Wash regularly. Wash your skin using your fingertips, once in the morning and once at night. Remember to thoroughly rinse your skin with lukewarm water after washing it. Limit washing to twice a day and after you sweat. Sweating can irritate your skin. Wash your skin as soon as possible after sweating. Eat a healthy diet. Avoid meat that contains hormones and similar substances which could throw your hormones out of balance, causing acne. Instead, eat plenty of fiber, fresh vegetables and fruits. Foods rich in vitamin A, C, E, and zinc can help reduce the severity of acne through the nutrients’ anti-inflammatory properties. Apply aloe vera gel. Daily apply aloe vera gel liberally over your skin. You can find it at most drug stores. Aloe vera is a succulent plant with antibacterial properties that are effective in treating acne and reducing inflammation. It prevents bacteria from infecting acne wounds and speeds up the healing process Some people may be allergic to aloe. If a rash develops, stop using it For medication Consult online in private.

Hi, drs. Can we consume biotin supplements in ibs and best tablet for ibs diarrhoea. Thanks.
Biotin has no role in treating IBS. Because it’s water-soluble, extra biotin will simply pass through your body when you urinate. While most people can handle biotin supplements, some people report mild side effects like nausea and digestive issues. There are no known toxicity symptoms associated with too much biotin. So best not to take it.

A liver-healthy diet involves lowering salt intake, eating more carbohydrates, and cutting down on protein consumption Excess salt can worsen liver damage. Processed foods, such as those that come in a can or frozen package, have lots of sodium, so it is best to avoid these. Check the labels on any packaged foods before you offer them to your loved one. You might also consider using a salt substitute If you jaundice is related to alcohol or drug abuse, encourage yourself to get help quitting. Consider joining rehabilitation programs or consult a counselor.
