For me if you have typhoid than you have some abdominal symptoms also and typhoid doesn’t heal with 3 days antibiotics course you have some other problem like allergies or any bacterial infection … or some other pulmonary cause … may I ask what time you have spike of fever? Noght or day or 24 hours? Did you take paracetamol? If you try than what is the impact and we are considering 97to 99 is the normal body temperature +/- 0.5 is due to the excessive work or physical activity… still you have generalize body weakness or any other symptoms than you should have repeat cbc, and crp for rule out the systemic infection regarding the breathing problem if you confirm that you have sinus issues than you should visit ent doctor and consult it if you are not sure with sinus than first yoh have to tell us what are the symptoms you are feeling and specialy what time you have breathing problems there is a lot of cause of breathing issues like astma, exacerbation of allergens, some infection in lungs, for rule out the breathing issues I will recommend the basic first do the chest xray. So aside from blindly treating the cause with trying different antibiotics with your body I will suggest find the proper cause then start proper treatment thank you please give feedback and consult anytime add me in your favorite doctor: um1327.
