Hello, Thanks for the query. Please clarify whether your age is 8 years or 46 years and weight 19 kgs? Why is the question has these numbers if you are 46 years old? It causes confusion. What are the TSh and T4 levels? Is TSH 19 mU/L? Usually in hypothyroidism a person does not loose weight. What is the current and earlier weight as well as height? Please check TSH again (if it was not tested after starting treatment with Levothyroxine. It should be around 3 to 4 mU/L. What other symptoms if you have any. Your query is not very clear. So come back with all the specifics. Thanks.
