My age is 23 (male). I have observed that my lower body is increasing abnormally from the age of 15. My hips and thighs r abnormal even till now. I think my fat is getting deposited around my hips and thighs. Sometimes I get very sad if anyone stare at my lower body. I'm thinner till my abdomen but my lower body makes me embarrassed. Is this because of less amount of testosterone? Am I having high oestrogen levels? And my facial hair is very very less even though i'm 23.
