It's almost normal according to bmi chart (49-65 kg) but still you are adviced to keep it below 55 as when it goes upper 60 it usually dufficul to reduce.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. With your current weight your bmi is 26.15 kg/sq meter (normal < 23 kg/sq meter), which means there is an excess of almost 7 kgs. However, your blood glucose is very well controlled, which really good. Weight reduction is a tough task. However, you may consider increasing the time spent on exercises. You can do strength building exercise for 2 to 3 days (preferably in a gym) and other days 5 plus k walk. Running ad brisk walking can help along with gym work out. You may also look at reducing some 10 to 15% of carb intake. Thanks.

Hi, height of 5 feet 11 inches is about 180 coms. If you are 156 cms that is only 5 feet 1.5 inch. You need to recheck and confirm. Ideal body weight for an indian man is height in cms - 100, whatever answer you get that number of kgs it should be.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. U can try this - 1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits (eat whole fruit not juice), a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk, a cheese cube/slice/ banana shake etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. 7.take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 10. Maintain active life style. Exercise to gain weight swimming:jogging:lunges and squats:bench press:deadlifts:yoga:pull-ups:upright barbell rows and dumbbell shoulder press lifting weight is important too, so that the additional calories can be used to build muscle instead of just adding fat. 11. Don't smoke. Smokers tend to weigh less than non-smokers, and quitting smoking often leads to weight gain.

Why my butt is not proper shape and what can do for it any suggestion and how get proper shape of butt at home.
I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. A flat butt can be caused by a number of lifestyle factors, including sedentary jobs or activities that require you to sit for extended periods. As you age, your butt may flatten and lose shape due to lower amounts of fat in the buttocks. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
