Well by considering your history and explanation in your complaint we can conclude that you are suffering from low back pain with sciatica. Which can be result of mild disc bulge in your lumbar vertebrae. We can confirm your diagnosis with more clinical examination and investigation like mri. Conservative treatment for back pain is drugs like n saids (known as pain killer), multivitamin tables and calcium supplements and physiotherapy. Most of back pain is mechanical in nature due to faulty posture and can be corrected with posture correction and exercise I will suggest you to do following 1. Posture correction: do not slouch while sitting and sit straight with tighten your back. As sitting slouch increases disc bulge more. 2. Do hot water fomentation three time daily 15 min 3. Apply local ointment like volini 4. Rest: give rest to your back whenever you're in pain 5: most important is do mckenzie back extension exercise (google it) every two hourly try it for week if no improvement than consult your nearest physical therapist hope this will help you thank you.
