Hi, I am 21 year old male, was very bright student, I was like the centre of attraction every where I go .my weight was 72 kilo. I was very muscular, as I used to workout. Then on someone's advise I used decdan then after sometime I get hypothyroid, my thyroid was 7.6. Lost my muscle tone, my muscles are so weak now, lost 18 kilo of weight, hair fall rapidly. I am using homeopathy calcarea carb 200, and thyroidinum 200 for some time, I feel very well after taking calcarea carb. Now my tsh is 1.4.but when ever I take any allopathic medication I get cold, cough, pain in my throat, I can feel my thyroid is out of whack. I lost my personality, my confidence, I do not want to socialize anymore because I am not attractive anymore, I cuss myself for that mistake. Is my condition curable?

Yes, are you still doing workout or not. If not, then start again. Do take care of pre n post workout meal. You will gain your muscle mass. In addition do this 1. Don't overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style. This is most important n non negotiable part 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Curd is good for u. 11.
