It's the sign of cervical pain. If you have any x ray or mri then consult with that for proper solution. If don't have any then do this and then consult. This prob is due to your abnormal posture. So correct your posture first. Cervical pain is radiating downward to shoulder and in hands. Avoid pillow and forward bending and weight lifting. Maimtain your posture. Roll a small towel and place under neck instead of pillow. Don't seating regularly take rrst in between work in each half an hour. Do isometric exercises to reduce the prob. Consult for further or any other question.
