I am 25 years old unmarried girl and a teacher. I was having back ache from 3 months. I consulted orthopedic and few tests were done. My hemoglobin and vitamin d3 level was very low. I am having supplements till now. But pain didn't decrease. Few days ago I visited another orthopaedic surgeon. Again tests were done. And everything was normal. But he said that the pain is due to a pressed nerve. I am very, very upset and tensed. He has given medicines, ointments and precautions to take. Please help me. I have heard that the problem in nerves can even lead to paralysis or death. I don't want to die now. Please help me. Is their any exercise or should I seek help from a physiotherapist. Please suggest a good doctor from patna. Thank you so much.

If doctor says that your nerve compressed then test was not normal. Because nerve compression due to any kind of pressure on nerve by vertebrae or else reason. Nerve compression isn't cause of paralysis and death. Don't be afraid by this fear. Consult with your full history so suggest what to do. You are teacher so your job is more for seating and standing, so take rest in between this period, don't do any position for long time. Maintain your posture. Use hot formentation. Use flexion regimen of exercise. Avoid forward bending and weight lifting. Hb and vitamin level are low then maintain your diet, and take plenty of water and juice. Take vitamins and c3 calcium to improve hb and vitamins level. Consult with you all assessments for better description.

First of all you need to assess why is it and what is the cause behind it. Do an x ray of cervical spine. As per your wording it shows nerve root compression from spine. By compression of nerve root pain radiating downward to hand and chest. You need to be assess first of all. Avoid forward bending and weight lifting, Avoid pillow. Use hot formentation for relax. Do isometric exercises, shoulder exercises, flexion regimen of exercise for back. Use small towel roll under the neck. It's the sign of cervical pain. If you have any x ray or mri then consult with that for proper solution. If don't have any then do this and then consult. This prob is due to your abnormal posture. So correct your posture first. Cervical pain is radiating downward to shoulder and in hands. Avoid pillow and forward bending and weight lifting. Maimtain your posture. Roll a small towel and place under neck instead of pillow. Don't seating regularly take rrst in between work in each half an hour. Do isometric exercises to reduce the prob. Consult for further or any other question.

You didn't mention properly the reason or cause of pain in knee joint and in shoulder. Knee pain have many causes but as per your wording it's related to arthritis. So I suggest Use cartilage formation technique to avoid knee pain. Consult if any query.

If its completely tear then you must go fur surgery, because ACL is a main ligament of knee joint. ACL runs diagonally in the middle of the knee. It prevents the tibia from sliding out in front of the femur, as well as provides rotational stability to the knee. If you have injured your ACL, you may require surgery to regain full function of your knee.
