Hi my wight 150 kg last month .I am done this month 145 kg I am walking early in the morning around 4 or 5 km .I m eating breakfast 1 brown bread sandwich.in lunch 4 chapati 1 cup sabzi evening 1 apply or some kind of fruit Dinner 6 chapati 1 cup sabzi .it is good dieting plan or not please replay me.
