My mom is 62 years old. She is a diabetic patient for the last 10 years and on medications (tablets) but not on insulin. 3 days back she travelled in car for 500 kms in 7 hours. Today, she is suddenly feeling severe giddiness when she turn her head on her left side and vomiting immediately after any food intake. She is not able to sit/turn to left side and immediately getting dizziness. What could be the issue? We met a doctor and as per the doctor's advice, took medicines. But as soon as she takes the tablets also she vomited them again due to dizziness. Since she didn't have any food, she is very weak. Please advice what could be the cause and solution.
